Integration Architect
Role- Integration Architect Location- Mt Olive, NJ Duration- 6
months Mandatory Skills Integration Preferred Skills ServiceNow or Splunk or Puppet or similar enterprise platform Job Roles/Responsibilities The Integration Architect will be the main contact within the Automation Program for Architects, Leads and SME's (Subject Matter Experts) to ensure integration demands will be met within a consistent and secure framework.
Governance to ensure respect for authoritative sources and other principle adherence.
Areas of accountability within the role include:
Lead process and data strategy for Resource and Capacity management within Portfolio and Demand area, ensuring maturity progression within ServiceNow and alignment of data and processes within PPM and ServiceNow.
Design and develop systems and data integration technical modules based upon best practices and automation principles, specifically leveraging expertise in web services.
Governance over data practices and data models to ensure integrity and efficient utilization are maintained Single point of contact within Automation and BSM programs for systems and data integration design and delivery.
Liaise with Asset, Configuration and Change manager to identify opportunities to improve data and detect unauthorized changes Ensure robust processes for documentation and operational monitoring of integrations Lead development lifecycle process and support turnover process for all integrations Manage demand for new integrations and CIP of existing integrations Lead training around data and integrations for Automation Architects, Leads and SME's, ensuring understanding of data model, integration processes, technical methods (API/Web Services, Direct DB, File transfer, etc.
) and lessons learned.
Work with Splunk and ServiceNow architects to ensure seamless capture of integration demands on each and criteria for scoping to each is identified and maintained.
Accountable for testing and modification of integration as part of version upgrade projects To be a resource of information and to provide appropriate advice and guidance on data and integration issues.
Stay current on enterprise integration and data related technology advances.
Proficiency with key automation platforms ServiceNow, Splunk and Config Automation.
