Job Purpose/Overview:


The Americas Product Experience Management, Product Lead role within the Digital Center of Excellence is responsible for driving the strategic expansion of the Product Experience Management (PXM) platform within the America's region.


The PXM expansion strategy will deliver and enable world class platforms, processes and ways of working related to Product Content across all Mars segments and markets in the Americas region, in support of driving growth in ecommerce and marketing.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for overseeing the product success across all segments for the Americas, in support of the Global PXM strategy

  • Responsible for ensure that PXM is focused on delivering against Business value targets, helping to define and report against KPIs on the product and processes with stakeholders & the Product Manager

  • Responsible for representing the Americas region and Segments contribution to the PXM backlog, prioritizing initiatives & features in partnership with the Product Manager in support of the strategic direction of PXM & Mars Inc.

  • Engaging with markets & teams applying "design thinking" skills to assess new demand & value opportunities against the product ‚€“ be able to translate business challenges to product opportunities/features

  • Establish a regular feedback process with the Global Product Manager, Digital stakeholders and the Digital Center of Excellence to align on priorities and roadmaps.

  • Establish data-driven decision making around value performance vs. priorities

  • Excellent partnership with our platform and services vendors.¬  "One team" approach

  • Ability to work with analysts and local teams to map and understand processes, landscapes and data flows that support successful activation of new markets on the product

  • Champion Agile delivery methodology and help build the Agile capability within the organization

  • Monitor, share and evaluate delivery, and measure progress to ensure value is delivered early and often

  • Actively participate in the larger Digital community, sharing and re-applying skills and knowledge, and bringing in best practices

  • Manage budgets, project managers, and development and vendor resources

  • Manage BA and QA resources as required

Job Specifications/Qualifications:


¬  Knowledge/Experience:

  • Preferred 3+ years' experience managing medium to large sized digital products and projects, using SAFe or Scrum frameworks

  • Preferably have varied experience in the past as a BA, QA, and/or Developer (this is not a hands' on coding position, but having the background will help)

  • Comfortable with Agile tools such as Basecamp, Visual Studio Team Services, Jira Agile, or VersionOne

  • Have worked in both Waterfall and Agile environments, but have a preference and passion for Agile

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
