Overview:
The Multimedia and Production Specialist is an equal parts creative contributor and technical problemsolverThis individual must be well versed in videography (both studio and field), video editing,photography, audio engineering, animation creation, video streaming (live and pre-recorded events),and storyboardingThe Specialist will play an integral role in overseeing the content and channelsthat enable Tronex International to convey important information to customers and prospects.
Core competencies:
Conceptualize, design, and produce multimedia materials such as videos, animations, motion graphics, andinteractive experiences for various platforms including websites, presentations, social media, in-person andstreamed meetings, and other digital channels.
Based on senior leadership direction, facilitate, and keep in step with our internal project developmentand review processWork closely with Creative Director and leadership to provide timely support toexecute the creative vision for all communication needs.
Operate and maintain cameras, lenses, and other video equipment in studio and on location.
Create compelling and engaging stories through video editing, including sequencing, pacing,and timing, to evoke the desired emotions and convey the intended message.
Edit raw footage into polished videos and commercials, following the creative vision and requirements ofeach project, while maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to camera equipment, lenses, cables, and other video gear,to ensure smooth operation and prevent disruptions during studio productions.
Meeting Support:
Create visually appealing graphics, including presentations, slides, infographics, charts,diagrams, animations, and other visual aids, to support the content and objectives of staffZoom meetings.
Live Streaming Support:
Set up and configure live streaming equipment, software, and platforms for virtual and hybridmeetings and events, ensuring reliable and high-quality broadcasts.
Monitor live streams during meetings to ensure smooth operation, troubleshoot any technicalissues that may arise, and take corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
Manage video and audio settings, including camera angles, microphones, and other audiovisualequipment, to ensure optimal video and audio quality for live streams.
Research, Recommendations, and Implementation:
Stay up to date with the latest multimedia design trends, technologies, and best practices, andrecommend innovative approaches to enhance and simplify our multimedia content and deliverengaging user experiences.
Provide tools and training that empower less experienced team members to better self-serveand contribute on multimedia deliverables.
Experience requirements:
A minimum of 5 years experience in multimedia and/or production role; Bachelors degree inrelated field preferred.
Extensive experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office365.
Skilled using video streaming tools such as Vimeo, Wirecast or OBS.
Technical expertise using a variety of camera/lenses, production switches, servers & mixers,studio and field lights, wired and wireless microphone systems, and audio recording hardware.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
