The successful candidate will be responsible for daily operations of the front desk, including greeting guests, answering phones, and managing appointments.
The Front Desk Coordinator must be organized and detail-oriented, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality customer service.
Must have prior experience working in a dental office! Knowledge of Dentrix a PLUS!
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
Schedule appointments, verify insurance, review treatment plans, etc.

Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Keep the front desk area organized and tidy.
Ensure all customer information is kept confidential.
Work with a friendly, dynamic team of highy skilled professionals.
