22 an hour Job Description Owens and Minor is seeking a full-time Inventory Coordinator to join our team in Mount Olive, NJ.
This position will be responsible for tracking, reporting, and working with the distribution centers to improve inventory accuracies for the purpose of ensuring product is available to to meet customer demand requirements and minimizing adjustments resulting in financial impacts to the company.
Responsible for maintaining an accurate warehouse inventory count.
Performs cycle counts on RF units.
Researches inventory discrepancies & customer service errors (pick errors, over ships, etc.
).
Conducts product rotation according to Company policies and procedures.
Counts or verifies freight for accuracy and/or damage and infestation.
Performs work on pick and put away discrepancies report.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.
College degree preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers and team members.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new software quickly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with inventory control systems such as i-stock or APA is a plus.
Knowledge of warehouse storage methods is a plus.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
, stand for long periods of time, bend, kneel, reach overhead, push pull pull objects over objects over 20 pounds.
