JOB SUMMARY PROSE Technologies is looking for an entry--level production coordinator to join our growing team in our Budd Lake, NJ facility.
This role will play a key part in the production of our cutting-edge wireless devices by providing our clients with the best white-glove service.
You will be troubleshooting customer issues to resolve discrepancies, monitoring metrics, and presenting reports to upper management, as well as maintaining product quality.
The ideal candidate will have some experience in troubleshooting tactics and be comfortable presenting to our management team.

Implement necessary local troubleshooting tactics to resolve discrepancies.
Monitor and provide upper management with daily production metrics.
Identify, communicate, and support opportunities for continuous improvement.
Cover site manager responsibilities as needed.

BACKGROUND AND
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in production role, ideally within manufacturing company.
Associate degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or similar field.
Must be capable of working effectively with vendors and suppliers to resolve process and component issues.
Previous experience working with electronics welcomed, but not necessary.
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Have a strong understanding of the manufacturing process as it relates to production facilities.
Experience using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Be a proactive thinker and active listener.
Spanish speaking is a plus.
Bonus points if you have a Six Sigma certification!
