Perform various day-to-day administrative tasks related to inbound materials transportation and outbound orders shipping in coordination with Warehouse Operations and Customer Care with the objective to minimize transport costs while providing the necessary level of service to meet operational requirements and customer satisfaction.
In this position you will:
Obtain information regarding materials and products to be shipped from order and inventory tracking system.
Arrange shipping of products, including method of transport, pick-up times and carriers to meet required shipping and delivery dates.
Prepare all shipping documents in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Ensure communication of and compliance with all customer-specific requirements, including pre-shipment samples and labeling.
Communicate with distribution, shipping and quality control teams to ensure timely shipments.
Ensure adherence to all federal and local regulations and company policies and procedures.
Prepare paperwork and correspondence pertaining to receipt and handling of raw materials and other receipts.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and results.
Perform other duties as needed, including assisting in development and implementation of shipping administration procedures.

Your professional profile includes:
Overall work experience of 1 to 2 years in logistics in a manufacturing environment (4 to 5 years if high school diploma) Good understanding of shipping and receiving regulations and protocol.
Good knowledge of local and international material/product safety/security norms and regulations.
Knowledge of supply chain dependencies and processes.
Basic knowledge of production process flow and scheduling.
Good computer skills (MS Office, SAP).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
