Mount Olive, NJ Mount Olive, NJ Full-time Full-time $36,000 - $42,000 a year $36,000 - $42,000 a year 14 hours ago 14 hours ago 14 hours ago Stockroom Clerk Job Summary This position manages the assets and inventory in the warehouse and is responsible for pulling inventory per a Pick List for the manufacturing team along with undertaking regular cycle counts to ensure inventory is accurate.
The Stockroom Clerk is also responsible for ensuring security and proper packaging for all items purchased and stored at the warehouse.
This role is dependent on close collaboration with the Operations and Services team.
Supervisory Responsibilities None.
Responsibilities Pull kits of parts to be delivered to the manufacturing department or shipping.
Performs a physical count of inventory and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
Knowledge of ESD requirements for electronic components and circuit boards.
Deliver shortages to kits in WIP Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves.
Ensuring the safety and security of all stock.
Ensure required standards of safety are adhered to and cleanliness is maintained in the work areas.
Assist with the preparation of the shipments including packaging of product.
Keep stockroom clean and organized at all times.
Required Skills/Abilities Experience in manufacturing/electronics, inventory management, and stock control systems.
Strong computer skills Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Flexible attitude to working hours required.
Level of fitness to ensure the ability to handle stocking of shelves.
Excellent organizational skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and assist in other areas outside of primary responsibilities.
Education and Experience 2

The employee may lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
