Olive Veterinary Hospital.
As a veterinary receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring that they receive the highest level of care and support for their beloved pets.
Resposibilities:
Greet and welcome clients in a warm and friendly way to help create welcoming atmosphere in the hospital Schedule appointments, surgeries and follow up visits Answer phone calls, address client inquires and concerns, provide accurate information about services and pricing.
Manage client records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality Collect payments and process invoices Assist with patient check in and discharges, coordinate patient flow to minimize wait times Maintain a clean and organized reception area Collaborate with the rest of the veterinary team to provide optimal and efficient patient care REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassion and empathy for pets, their owners and your colleagues Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Detail oriented while being able to see the bigger picture Proficient with computer systems and basic administrative tasks Ability to work well under pressure and remain calm Knowlege of veterinary terminology and procedures is a plus NO drama Job Type:
