Plant Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing a production facility and leading a team of employees to achieve operational excellence.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs - Manage the day-to-day operations of the plant, including production scheduling, inventory management, and quality control - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies - Hire, train, and manage a team of employees - Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the plan - Responsibility for the demand planning and analytics Requirements:
- 5
years of experience in plant management or related field - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies would be highly advantageous - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
